Hello! I'm Savanna Ly-Nguyen,
My journey in tennis has been both challenging and rewarding. Starting as one of the top juniors in Canada, I switched my nationality to Vietnamese in 2017 to represent Vietnam in prestigious international events such as the SEA Games, Asian Games, and the Billie Jean King Cup.
I attended Washington State University on a full scholarship, where I excelled both academically and athletically, earning multiple academic honors and graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Neuroscience in 2022.
Throughout my professional career, I've achieved notable success, including winning one doubles title and earning four medals (two bronze and two silver) from the Southeast Asian Games. My WTA ranking reached the top 800 in both singles and doubles.
My passion for helping young athletes began when I assisted my little sister, Trinity, in securing a tennis scholarship. This rewarding experience extended to helping a few friends achieve their dreams of playing college tennis in America. Seeing them embark on such a memorable journey inspired me to help more junior players find their paths to college tennis.
I realized that navigating the college recruiting process can be daunting and difficult, which is why I founded College Tennis Connect. Now, I am fully focused on sharing my tennis knowledge to provide personalized guidance and support to aspiring college tennis players. My goal is to help them find their perfect school and start a new, exciting chapter in their lives. It's a privilege to ease this process and send players off to experience the incredible opportunities that college tennis offers.
